No, you can get a quote and buy a Freely policy through our website, without downloading the Freely app.
But to be able to access and adjust your policy on the go, toggle certain Trip Extras on and off in real time,access Freely Travel Rewards you will need to download the app.
You can submit a claim through the Freely app. You’ll need to provide details ofthe incident and upload supporting documentation such as receipts, medical reports, or proof of travel disruption. Our claims team will then reach out to you to process your claim over the phone and via email.
No, you can only reach our emergency assistance team via phone or email. They cannot provide you support through the chat tool.
