The first step is to contact our medical and emergency team (by phone or via chat in the Freely app) who will be able to help you access the right care for your group member.
If it is determined that your group cannot continue with your travel plans because of the member’s condition, we may provide cover for any prepaid, non-refundable travel arrangements that you miss out on as a result. Please note that cancellation benefits are shared among all travellers on the same Freely policy.
Additionally, we may provide cover for additional expenses that arise in the process of accessing medical attention for the sick or injured member of your group.Terms and conditions apply.
